Excellent service - Naviwax Dark purchased which is very difficult to source. Pro car had in stock & I received few days after order. Well packaged & inside a box which was suitable as a gift box containing Wax, microfiber cloth & complimentary Procar air freshener -nice touches. Have used this company before & no hesitation in recommending.

I have used Procar many times before and I have always found there service exemplary.
However, my latest purchase request was unavailable immediately. I had an immediate E-mail from the owner, asking if a slightly different wax, which was in stock, would be alright at this time. I immediately replied that it would be, as I had used it before. The wax was sent out and delivered post haste, along with, which was a pleasant surprise, some additional items that had not been ordered.

Davey was great in letting me know beforehand of a product which they no longer stock and invited me down to take a look at what else he had on offer to replace it.
The store has a wide variety of products, ranging from standard retail to specialist trade products, I ended up buying a few more things I hadn't planned to before as Davey had it in stock.
Overall great place and competitive prices especially post-Brexit affecting prices from places I had bought before.

Always get good service from pro car, shipping was quick as well. Customer service was 10/10.

Very good service, called to check products were what was ordered and offered a replacement based on discussion held.
